General Terms and Conditions of the Atlas Zdraví Massage Studio

1. Basic Provisions

1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the legal contractual relationships between the provider of massage services at the studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), ID: 09413758, with its registered office at Prague 3 - Žižkov, Hartigova 31/27, Postal Code: 130 00, and the purchaser of the provided services (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser"), the visitor of the studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor"), and the user of the provided services (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

1.2. The Operator provides massage services based on a valid trade license and documents certifying professional qualifications for the performed activities.

1.3. By purchasing a gift voucher or booking a specific massage appointment by phone, the Purchaser and the Customer express their consent to the Operator's general terms and conditions.

2. Service Order

2.1. Appointment Scheduling

The visit must be scheduled and reserved in advance by phone or online. The agreed-upon appointment is a binding order. The Operator reserves the masseur's time, studio capacity, and required temperature settings for the Customer's scheduled visit.

2.2. Rescheduling

If, for serious reasons, you are unable to attend the scheduled massage, inform the Operator by phone in advance, no later than 24 hours before the start of the massage. Later rescheduling will be considered a no-show by the Customer.

2.3. Late Arrival

If the Customer arrives up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the massage will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving later than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show.

2.4. Customer No-Show

In case of absence or arrival more than 15 minutes late, the Customer will be required to pay for the reserved time equivalent to the booked massage, or the amount will be deducted from the value of the voucher, certificate, or free bonus.

2.5. Refusal of Massage

The massage may be refused in the following cases:

a) The Customer arrives with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases.

b) The Customer arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

c) The Customer arrives with medical health issues.

d) The Customer arrives in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition.

e) The Customer uses inappropriate language during the appointment booking.

2.6. Early Termination of Massage

The massage may be terminated early if:

a) The Customer shows obvious symptoms of infectious diseases during the massage.

b) The Customer shows obvious signs of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the massage.

c) The Customer shows obvious signs of health problems during the massage.

d) The Customer behaves inappropriately despite repeated warnings.

2.7. Informed Consent of the Customer

The Customer is informed about the health risks, indications, and contraindications before the first massage. By deciding to undergo the massage, the Customer clearly and freely expresses their informed consent.

2.8. Massage Price List

The massage price list is available at the studio, at the point of sale for gift vouchers, and on the Operator's website.

3. Gift Voucher

3.1. Use of Gift Voucher

The gift voucher can be used to pay for services from the massage studio's offerings. For vouchers with a specified nominal value, the exact type and duration of the massage can be agreed upon when scheduling the visit or before the massage begins. Descriptions of individual massages are available on the studio's website. Payment by gift voucher must be reported before the start of the massage for validation.

3.2. Value of Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are issued either with a specified nominal value or for a specific type of massage. The unused value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.3. Validity of Gift Voucher

The gift voucher is valid as long as its value has not been exhausted or its expiration date has not passed. The voucher can also be used for partial payment with a cash supplement.

3.4. Expiration Period

The expiration period of the gift voucher is indicated on the back of the voucher. The massage studio services must be used no later than the voucher's expiration date.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. Workplace Safety and Risk Prevention

By entering the premises, the Customer agrees to comply with the Operator's workplace safety and risk prevention rules and to follow the safety instructions of the attending masseur.

4.2. Validity and Effectiveness

These general terms and conditions come into force and effect on April 29, 2024.
